Qualitative Research

At Opinion Bunch, we use expert researchers and experienced moderators who are familiar with our panels and research processes. The specific methods we use in our quantitative researches are as below.

Focus Group Discussions

We conduct focus group surveys on consumers to help you understand their opinions, preferences, attitudes, perceptions, and thoughts on your concept, idea product, or service. We employ an expert moderator who conducts these discussions in a constructive environment that is created by us to ensure that your consumers are most receptive and can freely express their views.

In-Depth Interviews

We have expert research moderators who conduct extensive interviews with specific customers or consumers for you to explore their perspectives on your product, service, program or idea. The moderator is selected based on the experience in the field by us so as to ensure that apt questions are asked and interviews are properly directed towards the objectives of the study.

Observational Research

We conduct researches in natural settings like malls and restaurants for consumer brands to help them understand consumer behaviour. For this, we employ experienced moderators who are equipped to notice the fine things about behaviour and are trained to record the observations in specific ways that are supportive to the objectives of the study.

Ethnography

The globalized economies today have a challenge of catering to consumers who come from different cultures. Mobile Phone Panel

We have mobile panels in both India and the US. Mobile panels make it easier to conduct interviews in developing countries and in remote areas where face to face interviews could be less feasible. Our mobile phone panel data collection method is agile, fast, light, and inexpensive.
