Quantitative Research

At Opinion Bunch, we use a number of quantitative research methods that ensure that the data you need is collected using the right instrument and thus, deliver the right insights. The specific methods we use in our quantitative researches are –

Face to Face or PAPI (Pen and Paper Interview): Small sample surveys, pilot studies, and longitudinal reorganized studies are conducted face to face which makes it easy and fast to obtain qualitative responses from consumers, study subjects, or respondents. The presence of an experienced moderator ensures completeness and accuracy of data with timely intervention in the data collection process.

 

Computer Assisted Telephonic Interviews (CATI)

Computer administered interviews are managed by our interviewers on telephonic calls which adds accuracy, quota maintenance, and fast recording of interview responses. While this method keeps the benefit of a traditional face to face interview, it also gives additional benefits of cost reduction, accuracy improvement, and fast production of data analysis. Our Questionnaire design team creates structured interviews, our CATI team carries out interviews on a call with pre-coded responses filled immediately, and our analysis team awaiting the final go starts to work on interpretations as soon as the data is captured.

Online Research

We provide online researches that are carried out using a strong network of our panels that are sitting across the globe. These include B2B panels, consumer panels, healthcare panels, and specialist panels. Please visit our Panel services section for the details on each of these panels.

In hall/Central Location Test (CLT)

Our CLT is a quick test for your products awaiting launch which allows you to test your product in a controlled environment before it is finally launched. With this test, we eliminate biases, obtain first-hand feedback on your product, and test acceptability of your product with a small set of consumers. Opinion Bunch provides you the analysis of sensory responses of your consumers that can help you shape your marketing strategies.

Computer-Assisted Personal Interviews (CAPI)

CAPI data can be collected both online and offline while still maintaining the face to face connection with your subjects of the study. For this, we use a high-quality tool which does checks on logic, validations, frequency, and skip patterns to ensure that clean data is obtained first hand which saves on time for data cleaning. We recommend CAPI studies for areas that have good internet connectivity. The tool performs the recording of responses automatically which makes the process even faster.

Mobile Phone Panel

We have mobile panels in both India and the US. Mobile panels make it easier to conduct surveys in developing countries and in remote areas where face to face interviews could be less feasible. Our mobile phone panel data collection method is agile, fast, light, and inexpensive.
